Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and perform internal and external audits based on the company and buyers` Code of Conduct.
Manage audits prescribed by brands and regulatory bodies covering standards such as BWB, WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, and SLCP.
Prepare audit documentation, support on-site audits, and ensure post-audit follow-up and development visits.
Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans (CAP) to ensure timely and sustainable resolution of audit findings.
Track CAP implementation and report progress to relevant departments.
Collaborate with buyers, brands, and external stakeholders to align with Codes of Conduct and compliance expectations.
Continuously update policies in line with changing regulations and brand requirements. Utilize compliance software and digital tools to manage data and records efficiently.
Conduct and review self-assessments (e.g., SLCP, SMETA SAQ) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain compliance data and update online portals such as GVMS, FFC, FSLM, BWB, Retraced, SLCP, and SEDEX.
Organize and facilitate compliance-related training sessions based on Better Work Portal guidelines.
