Responsibilities & Context: We are a 100% export oriented company having business in textile and dyeing.
We are looking for a Manager Compliance in HR, Admin & Compliance Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overall compliance related activities of the factory
- Act as the key contact of the factory for all compliance related issues and communicate with all the foreign buyers
- Keep the factory prepared and ready for facing any audit both announced and unannounced
- Interact regularly with concerned personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware of maintaining compliance standards
- Conduct internal audit before the final audit by foreign buyers
- Face audit of different buyers, give presentations to the buyers and accompany the auditing team all through
- Face different audits like social, environmental, sustainability and chemical
- Conduct different certification audits (GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX, ISO14001)
- Prepare relevant reports and routinely correspondence with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed
- Prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on external, internal, first party & third-party audits including social compliance and implement those
- Follow up and ensure availability of all types of necessary documents which are related with all kind of audit
