∎ MBA from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the planning function as the core pillar in every function of the company
∎ Evaluate business opportunities and risks and deliver innovative solutions to business challenges
∎ Reduce cost of production and increase efficiency through effective planning
∎ Coordinate overall operation focusing marketing and production in order to ensure the execution of the plans
∎ Implement EOQ model in raw materials planning and procurement
∎ Monitor the execution of the plans at all levels and departments of the organization continuously
∎ Facilitate to make strategic decisions on production capacity and expansion
∎ Update top management about planning and execution on regular basis
∎ Take initiatives to build a performance culture in the planning function through guidance and coaching
∎ Any other job that Management may assign from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ 10-15 years of experience in textile and dyeing business
∎ Experience of leading large team
∎ Proven track record of implementing process driven culture
∎ Visionary leadership, Strategy focus, Excellent interpersonal skill
