Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR/Master degree from reputed Public University
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Compliance from BIM will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage team, Must have extraordinary analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute overall factory Compliance related activities.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance-related functions of the factory.
∎ Ensuring proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer’s compliance instructions.
∎ Look after occupational health and safety issues to ensure health, hygiene & safety.
∎ Should develop strategic policy & procedures in respect of Admin, HR & Compliance.
∎ Assist to superior to ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for following audits like, Social Compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance Audit, CTPAT, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord - Alliance requirement, and QMS audit.
∎ Ensuring all dates, records, reports, formats, statements, ranks & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Ensure compliance during worker recruitment. Maintain the recruitment SOP as per policy and guidance.
∎ Ensuring all compliance-related documents are properly maintained and updated.
∎ Act as a superior to ensure Compliance on Health & Safety as per in-house checklist.
∎ Ensuring no Force Employment occurred in the factories.
∎ Ensure that the Employment of child workers are not in practice.
∎ Ensuring Non-Discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare/harassment cases.
∎ Act as superior to ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Act as superior to ensure to follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors certain minor findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Act as superior to follow up that all corrective action has been taken or followed up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ Ensuring all dates, records, reports, formats, statements, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Assist to superior to ensure to Liaise with merchandising, Production, QC and QA Department in order to coordinate with Buyers visits and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/ Govt. and compliance visit and audit.
∎ Ensuring to follow up the review and develop compliance-related printing materials and ensure distribution thereof in the factories so that unwanted complaints are not received from the end of any buyers or Government procedures.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the management from time to time.

∎ Work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
