∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for renewal of Garments (Knit & woven) Bond license and annual audit report from customs bond authorities.
∎ Prepare & submit Utilization declarations from respective authorities required to Export-Import goods.
∎ Coordinate with confirming banks to secure competitive confirmations for Import L/Cs.
∎ Manage all commercial activities related to foreign procurement and purchases, including issuing PI, L/C opening, amendments/corrections, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, and release through phone and email with overseas suppliers.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, and Customs & VAT departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
