Education:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Civil Engineering preferably from any reputed public university with MIEB.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Demonstrated experience in the RMG sector will be preferable, preferably in areas associated with safety, health, compliance, chemical management, and auditing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, documentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and requirements.
∎ Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills to manage information and documentation.
∎ Prepare Analysis & Design of RCC and steel structures.
∎ Must have deep Knowledge of BNBC -2006/2020, ACI code & other relevant codes.
∎ Should be experienced in Detail Engineering Assessment (DEA)·
∎ Inspect completed civil engineering works and observe, to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with safety standards.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management & Ensure safety, security and cleanness.
∎ Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.
∎ Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
∎ Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
∎ Raise purchase requisition & follow-up with Supply Chain Management Dept. (SCM) for materials after proper estimation.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report with photograph & email top management.
∎ To identify structural defects & quickly take initiate to rectify the structure.
∎ Periodic structural inspection (PSI)/Monthly report check & recommend for the rectification for management approval.
∎ Prepare Initial/Preliminary Structural Inspection Report.
∎ Integrity, honesty, a strong work ethic, and commitment to the goals of the RSC, Nirapon and the RMG industry.
∎ Knowledge of chemical management and ETP management.
∎ Experience in conducting audits related to safety, health, and environmental compliance.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management when required.
