Preferred experience includes design and construction of poultry sheds, feed mill buildings, and industrial or factory structures, along with management of large-scale construction projects.
Candidates with a B.Sc. degree must have at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge in AutoCAD, structural analysis tools, MS Project, and MS Office.
Willingness to travel extensively or relocate as per project requirement.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and execution.
Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to implement project specifications.
Supervise site engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure timely project completion.
Manage the budgeting and scheduling aspects of the project, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress, budgets, and any issues that arise.
