Educational Requirements:
∎ Must be a graduate of Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Science Graduate from any reputed University.
∎ Must have knowledge a Chemical / Environment Compliance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing chemical budget, Chemical requisition, receiving & distribution to the required section
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Ensure safe chemical store management according to chemical risk assessment and chemical management guideline (REACH and ZDHC).
∎ Conduct training on safe chemical handling, chemical storage, buyer's chemical requirements to worker and management staff.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up Work Order & in-house properly.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items & service.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Ensuring buyer related document & chemical information standard (CIL).
∎ Follow up BIN Card in cesium (CS).
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.
∎ Identify chemical hazard and risk assessment.
∎ Collect MSDS, TDS, Chemical compliance certificate and other related documents.
∎ Convert original MSDS and Labelling into local language.
∎ Responsible person have to handle audit for GOTS, Oeko-Tex, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, H&M etc.
∎ Conduct chemical drill for emergency chemical spill response.
∎ Ensuring chemical analysis as per buyers RSL/MRSL.
∎ Prepare corrective and preventive action plan (C-PAP) as per internal and buyers audit report.
∎ Ensure safe chemical disposal and support to compliance and environment team
∎ To perform other duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good health.
∎ Candidate must reside nearby factory premises.
Salary: Negotiable
