Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Must have working experience with a Walmart buyer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors the responsibilities of subordinates throughout the process.
∎ Have knowledge about ledger preparation and cross check with present stock.
∎ Have knowledge about chemicals MSDS, TDS and their storage according to compliance requirements.
∎ Facing the chemical related Audit such as SCM- Audit (C&A), RTM - Audit (Inditex) etc
∎ Collect Chemical test report (Aryl amines, Formaldehyde, APEO etc) from 03rd party as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Check buyers compliance is fulfilled which is related to chemical use.
∎ Prepares monthly / quarterly / yearly inventory plan and ensures proper Chemical Inventory Management System.
∎ Presents entire procurement plan to the management body and acquires required purchase approval , ensures in-house of goods without any delay
∎ Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes; determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have working experience in a chemical store that has passed Walmart's Compliance Audit
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and good time management
∎ Independent and pro-active working style as well as the ability to work in a team
∎ Project management skill will be an advantage
