Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge about the Dyes, Chemical Consumption ratio as per the recipe for dyeing production.
∎ Candidate must have the capacity to find out the cost effectiveness of the product comparing the competitor’s alongside with similar products from different suppliers.
∎ Must be able to add value to the recipe for cost effective consumption of dyes & Chemical.
∎ Develop an appropriate supply chain strategy for creating an uninterrupted production support for the manufacturing unit.
∎ Obtain timely requisition from the factory to avoid unnecessary delaying of goods to make sure in accordance with in house process operations.
∎ Forecasting price and market trends all the time in respect of dyes & chemical.
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming demand /quantity of respective items as per fabric production planning/ Color wise.
∎ Able to maintain purchase calendar as per SOP and existing practice of the company.
∎ Coordination with store and other concern departments for obtaining approval of requisition, CS & PI from the management time to time.
∎ Have capacity to preparing standard CS for ensuring quality & timely goods in-house considering the ETD & ETA.
∎ Have to maintain relationship with Dyes, Chemical supplier for better negotiations.
∎ Should have capacity to crisis management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in operating computer MS Excel, MS Word and Photoshop and others.
∎ Should have pleasant personality good manner and good communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Environment & Chemical management.
∎ Strong management and problem-solving skills in addition to excellent communication skills.
∎ Good computing knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Good Team Player.
∎ Self motivating & enable to work under pressure.
