Experience:
Post-Graduation from any reputed Public/ Private University or College with minimum Second Class/division in all examinations. No 3rd division/ class is allowed.
Sound knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and internal policies.
Strong coordination skills to work effectively with multiple channels and stakeholders.
Project management capability with attention to timelines and deliverables.
Excellent communication, MIS, PowerPoint and report-writing skills.
Analytical mindset to identify compliance gaps and operational risks.
Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and ensure accuracy and discipline in execution.
Provide end-to-end channel support to ensure smooth business operations and service delivery.
Coordinate with branches, business units, and support divisions for effective execution of initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and circulars.
Liaise with regulators, development partners, and external stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
Monitor adherence to approved processes, reporting requirements, and timelines.
Support implementation of projects and partnership programs across channels.
Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and submit periodic MIS, compliance reports, and management updates.
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews with required documentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
