∎ Or Diploma in food Technology with at least 12 years' experience

Candy, Lollipop
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute production process such as mixing, processing and packing to ensure daily production of Candy and Lollipop product and maintain quality as per the demand and forecast
∎ Achieve the targeted production by maintaining efficiency of machines, manpower and ensure optimum utilization of plant capacity
∎ Control production process efficiently to meet production targets
∎ Maintain Quality according to the standard
∎ Maintain communication with other functional departments to ensure timely production
∎ Create an SOP for production process, adjust schedules, and train subordinates to implement SOP successfully
∎ Check packing, labeling & coding as per specification of products
∎ Maintain safety and security in production premises and aware subordinates about hygiene
∎ Identify risk factors of production process and take preventive measures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge about Candy Machine
∎ Knowledge about Flavorite Machine
∎ Interpersonal and leadership skil
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Computer literacy
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability of hazard identification
