Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Knit garments pattern & marking related job.
∎ Responsible for grading using original specs.
∎ Patterns accuracy ensuring and record-keeping besides amendment if required.
∎ Measurement evaluation of the samples and readying specs for the same.
∎ Monitoring of fit, measurements, and workmanship according to the customer requirements from the photo (development sample) to the top sample.
∎ Provide instructions to production people on pattern making and grading according to the grade rules.
∎ Providing specs, type of construction & necessary comments in accordance with buyer instructions.
∎ Cost minimization by achieving optimum efficiency of winda software and making a hundred percent accurate markers at best.
∎ To check all sample quality and all technical aspects fully comply with the buyer's requirements.
∎ A review & can understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by the buyer.
∎ To communicate with merchandiser and factory production staff to make easy way for every new style.
∎ Should able to prepare, develop Patterns independently and must know 100% accurate pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and the production team.
∎ Able to clarify any technical issues to avoid sample rejection.
∎ To find out and solve fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising department.
∎ To monitor and follow up size set activities, and adjust patterns where required and communicate with the production department regarding the pattern adjustment.
∎ To ensure that any change made in the previously approved sample is communicated to the concerned persons timely.
∎ To arrange monthly technical meetings with Production, Maintenance, planning and IE about upcoming orders and information about fabrics, accessories required tools.
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance, etc.
∎ Must have good knowledge of knit garment manufacturing process and risk assessment of the product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ CAD, Sample, Marker, Production & technical operation
∎ Computer literacy is a must, especially in sample & CAD Technology.
∎ Must have experience in a renowned Knit Factory.
∎ Proven track record of handling reputed buyers (LIDL, Takko, Jeans Fritz, NKD, Etc).
