Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree/Graduation in any discipline is preferable
∎ Training/Trade Course: CAD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure style-wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
∎ Ensure Pattern calibration regular basis for measurement accuracy.
∎ Communicate with the product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.
∎ This position will be leading the CAD department in daily activities and achieving departmental goals
∎ Grading, Marking and Cutting pattern as per buyer requirement.
∎ Plan, organize and manage work plans for CAD team
∎ Provide guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational & technical excellence
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample and CAD design standards & procedures to meet customer needs
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the competent authority.
