Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for a payment industry professional who have won and managed large enterprise accounts with proven record of sales;
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;
∎ Meeting new customers, and Handling complete sales cycle from cold call, calling, meeting, presentation, follow-ups, closing deals;
∎ Locates or identify proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
∎ Interact with internal teams, project team, technical team etc.
∎ Efficiently & effectively map new markets and opportunities;
∎ Develop working relationships that turn into revenue;
∎ Strong Interpersonal skills, Long term dedication in the Business Development for the company;
∎ Responsible for acquisition, Revenue maximization and Client retention
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines;
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities;
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones; Finding and developing new markets and improving sales;
∎ Business generation through banks / non banks / Govt. Entities / VTS companies / E commerce companies / Start Ups;
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
∎ Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Should have good knowledge in the world of web, e-commerce, payment, Banking sector, Should be able to build a professional network and have excellent interpersonal skills, Should be dynamic, persistent, persuasive and rigorous.
∎ Proactive, goal-oriented individuals and self starter who take pride in what they do; Entrepreneurial and curious with a commercial mindset.
∎ working in bikash, Nagad will be preferred.
