• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate (mandatory).

• Strong communication skills, innovation, and self-discipline.

• Proficiency in Bengali and English, with excellent writing, interpersonal skills, and ethical integrity.

• Drive sales and marketing efforts for residential apartments.

• Possess knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, particularly RAJUK policies.

• Monitor and evaluate team performance, motivating team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

• Supervise and support sales and marketing activities, offering guidance for team improvement.

• Build a new customer base and maintain positive relationships with current clients, while developing strategies for new customer acquisition.

• Prepare and submit daily sales and marketing reports to management.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.

• Schedule client meetings, arrange project visits, and ensure exceptional client service.

• Foster relationships with both new and existing customers.

• Negotiate with clients, demonstrating persuasive and assertive communication
