∎ Experience in Social Club or in any Multinational Company will be highly preferred.
∎ Must be ready to work at nights, weekends and holidays as when required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain co-ordination with the EC Member of Bar regarding all activities of Bar Section.
∎ To maintain co-ordination with all staffs and ensure their working efficiency through regular training & counseling.
∎ To monitor and evaluate each staff working under him and recommend necessary correction, if needed.
∎ To keep his eyes on the service standards, their costs, safety etc.
∎ To be leader in the back house, rallying the team during rush hours, resolving the conflict among the staffs and getting the job done in proper way.
∎ To deal with proper pricing & costing of the food items.
∎ To communicate easily and accurately the standard of service the staffs as a part of his training activities.
∎ To ensure deliver of excellent services to the members and maintain high standard of management at all times.
∎ To identify the requirement of various items daily from the historical records and place the orders accordingly.
∎ To take all necessary measure and precautions to ensure proper hygiene of the bar area.
∎ To ensure all bills are settled within 03 (three) working days and order/supply is reconciled everyday and pending bills are identified.
∎ To ensure Bar store inventory is updated in the software system at all times.
∎ To estimate and advice the cook regarding time of preparation of each order and ensure it is maintained.
∎ To ensure daily requisition of his Section.
∎ To ensure that every day closing stock and wastage of all Bar items.
∎ To do order management and ensure order is processed and delivered according to the sequence of order.
∎ To introduction consultation with the Member-in-charge Bar & Lounge in order to increase sale and profitability.
∎ To make all necessary arrangement for the preparation and presentation of foods for all club events.
∎ To hold daily, weekly & monthly meeting with the related staffs to improve the service.
∎ To attend all, complain by the members and take necessary action on the issue.
∎ To carry out any other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
