∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for retired BankersUnderstanding of Loan Documentation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all banking activities, including transactions, reconciliations, and negotiations with financial institutions.
∎ Manage critical banking issues related to the accounts and commercial departments.
∎ Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
∎ Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Handle import/export documentation and LC (Letter of Credit) processing.
∎ Monitor and manage cash flow, fund transfers, and foreign exchange transactions.Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
