Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline (education may be relaxed due to highly experienced candidate in catering services).
∎ Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage overall management of a newly launched outside catering project on a day to day basis.
∎ Planning, organizing and active role play to run the catering project successfully.
∎ Visit customers with brochure and menu for advertising and publication of new catering project.
∎ Taking orders, consultation with cook and ensure proper arrangement for timely delivery.
∎ Identify additional sales opportunities to enhance revenue from the catering project.
∎ Develop customer relations, maintain database and keep them on follow up.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety.
∎ Keep accurate accounting and reporting to the authority.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 5-7 years practical work experience in reputed catering service company/project.
∎ Candidate must have on-premise & off-premise experience i.e. corporate programs, family programs etc.
∎ Expert in authentic Bengali traditional, Chinese and Thai cuisines for any indoor and outdoor catering services to exquisite for both corporate and family programs.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Good looking, smart and physically fitness.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Courteous & efficient telephone manner.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge.
∎ Must be well organized, honest and sincere.
Salary: Negotiable
