Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Business/Computer Science Graduate from reputed educational institute.
∎ Professional training on relevant filed would be an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a long-lasting digital connection with restaurant guests.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing business presence on social media.
∎ Manage different digital platforms & ensure optimum customer interaction to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, food image optimization etc.)
∎ Prepare promotional emails and organize distribution through various channels.
∎ Be able to create graphical contents, logo, banner, templates to be used in different online channels.
∎ Provide creative ideas for food content marketing and update websites.
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools.
∎ Manage our own website and online food delivery app on a daily basis.
∎ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
∎ Manage all IT related works of the company on a daily basis.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have 5-7 years practical relevant work experience in reputed hospitality industry.
∎ Age should not exceed 35 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Proven ability to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts on hospitality industry.
∎ Skills and experience in creative content writing.
∎ Analytical mind-set and in-depth thinking.
∎ Conversant with graphical software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks & to manage workload using own initiative.
∎ Must be well organized, honest and sincere.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable and as per company policy.
