Minimum Diploma Engineer / bachelor’s degree (Engineering) / BSc / MSc / Masters in Any Engineering Subjects from reputed University or institutes.
Education qualification is not a bar for the candidates who know what they will do and how to sell.
3/5 years’ experience in Lift & Elevator/Power Supply/Motor/Machinery/Similar Area.
Knowledge Requirements (Compulsory): Marketing knowledge on Hospital Management Software’s, and Website Design & Development Services.
Must have ‘can do’ attitude, Smart and Punctual.
Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured co-operative attitude, Be flexible to provide off-hour support
Fluent in English & Bangla (speaking and writing), Ability to work under pressure, Candidate should be highly motivating, committed and result oriented.
Very good communication skills and pleasant personality will add value for the selection; Aggressive marketing of professional services will trigger the selection.
Candidate should describe in their CV past experiences in Lift & Elevator marketing in detail and also should provide name of two well-established referees.
Your job will be divided in two phases. First step, you will be working individually as a salesperson to meet the target of the organization.
During this phase you will develop a sales force and afterwards you have to monitor the sales force.
Cold calling to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.
Managing your own diary to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals, contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
Developing a sales force to make the market share larger and sustainable, Meeting sales targets and contributing to team targets, Monitoring the sales team and meeting.
Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology, to promote sales and ensure sales target for the company.
Ensure target full feel otherwise salary will be reduced as per office policy & customer`s queries, problems or issues, must be able to Process Tenders, Quotation, and price list.
Second step, Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/ software faults.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues, Design, implementation and maintenance of office LAN, servers, and workstations and other equipment and services.
Ensuring system security, network security availability and performance, Experience on Data Backup & recovery Solution.
Adequate knowledge on Hardware (PC/Printer) to isolate/ diagnosis the problem, good knowledge on LAN, WAN, Wireless Communication.
