Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete elevator sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key clients
Supervise, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff to achieve team targets
Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports for management
Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events
