We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our elevator sales operations. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in elevator or industrial equipment sales, capable of managing high-value accounts, guiding a sales team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete elevator sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key clients

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate junior sales staff to achieve team targets

  • Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports for management

  • Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events
