Job Overview

SHIBATECH Corporation Co., Ltd., the authorized distributor of Made-in-Japan Toshiba Elevators in Bangladesh, provides sales, installation, and after-sales maintenance services. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing elevator sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-3 years of experience in elevator or industrial sales who are eager to advance their career while representing a globally trusted Japanese brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Toshiba-branded elevators to residential and commercial clients

• Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new business opportunities

• Collaborate with technical and project teams for smooth execution

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

• Basic Salary: ৳30,000 - ৳35,000 (depending on experience)
