Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Manager / Asst. Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-t-end product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality products that meet market demands & customer expectations.
Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends & company goals.
Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections & prototypes.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis & risk assessments for new product lines.
Source & negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.
Plan & manage development timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.
Monitor production samples & ensure adherence to quality standards & specifications.
Coordinate with the production team to transition products from development to mass production seamlessly.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences & competitor strategies.
Provide insights & recommendations for product innovation & improvement.
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.
Maintain strong relationship with suppliers & clients to facilitate smooth communication & collaboration.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates & managing expectations throughout the development cycle.
