Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Shyampur, Dhaka
∎ Candidate`s who have experience in IE of any reputed knit & Woven garments can apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement new methods and tools to increase productivity.
∎ Preparing worker's skill matrix and monitoring production.
∎ Prepare monthly manpower projection.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study on daily basis.
∎ Ensure day to day IE functions
∎ Setup daily production target in Table & Machine
∎ Doing Time- study, capacity study, production study follows up
∎ Monitoring Table & Machine hourly production output
∎ Analyze individual operator's skill level and following operator's performance
∎ Ensuring the line lay out / machine lay out to feed the line as per plan.
∎ Have to play a significant role to increase productivity with standard.
∎ Monitor the work floor for maximum utilization of man, machine and material.
∎ Have to work experience as an IE, with Printing, Embroidery, Cutting & Finishing department.
∎ Need to do process mapping, Work force balancing.
∎ Able to lead startup team during style change over.
∎ Able to re-organizing work responsibilities.
∎ Need to do Floor balancing, absenteeism covering & monitoring hourly basis.
∎ Co-ordination with Factory manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery priority.
∎ Co-ordination with HR manager for training progress (fresh training and multi-skill training)
∎ Factory Production Incentive report monitoring and approval.
