Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post graduation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare data and results used for agendas (quality results of the week, complaints, machine & people performance and improvement programs) of weekly/monthly meetings.
∎ All in Line quality checks in place for 100% defect free products dispatched to customers.
∎ Managing quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional departments.
∎ Responsible for continuous upgradation of quality management systems (QMS) for better control and compliance.
∎ Initiate improvement to work methods, procedure writing, and internal quality audits.
∎ Lead and facilitate investigations into customer complaints and ensure corrective & preventative action is taken.
∎ Compilation of all KPI's and reporting to the management team on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
∎ Setting and review of quality objectives and the review of the companies' quality policy in cooperation with the management team.
∎ Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the business.
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 to 8 years of experience of handling independently Quality Functions & Audit of the Plant/ Factory.
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in similar job position required.
∎ Professional certification and training in the field such as QMS (ISO 9001:2015),
∎ Rotogravure / Flexo, Offset printing experience will be an advantage.
∎ Experience in managing a team of 5-10 members in the department.
∎ Strong analytics and computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
