Strong knowledge of dyeing machines, chemicals, dyes, and wet processing technologies.
Good understanding of quality standards and process optimization.
Leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily dyeing operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards.
Monitor dyeing processes, chemical usage, and machine performance for optimum efficiency.
Analyze and resolve dyeing-related quality issues and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Laboratory, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure shade matching, color consistency, and process standardization.
Control production costs, wastage, and resource utilization.
Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and buyer requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Lead, train, and develop dyeing team members for continuous improvement.
