Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team lead of Home Internet Customer Support team
∎ Deployment of router to setup new POP in different zone
∎ Backup and disaster recovery measures of routers.
∎ Correspondence with IIG for any route or site access related issues.
∎ Correspondence with other dept. to resolve Home Internet client various issues
∎ Ensuring QoS for proper bandwidth management of the router.
∎ Ensure Security and Network Access Control for the MIkrotik device.
∎ Preparing IP auditing, Ticket analysis and bandwidth capacity usage report for top management.
∎ Attend client's trouble ticket and respond to them to resolve critical issues.
∎ Network up gradation, installation planning and designing under the supervision and instruction of the line manager
∎ Provide Remote Support for any Complex Issues over Phone or, via remote access application while they visit Customer Premises.
∎ Work with Software Team for MikroTik API Integration
∎ Home internet call center monitor, manage and report to top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have knowledge in the following area(s):
∎ Mikrotik, Lan Support, Wi-fi network etc.
∎ Good knowledge in Routing, Switching arena.
