MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Professional certification in brand marketing (added advantage).

Proficient in MS Office and online collaboration tools.

The Manager – Aquaculture Portfolio will be responsible for strategic development, demand planning, product branding, and execution of commercialization plans to drive sustainable business growth. The role requires a strong balance of field-based technical expertise (50%) and strategic portfolio management (50%), ensuring both revenue growth and technical excellence.
Develop and implement portfolio development and innovation strategies.
Ensure product portfolio contribution margin and profitability.
Lead portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enrich product portfolio and identify new opportunities.
Formulate pricing strategy, product incentives, and liquidation plans.
Design and implement technical support and development plans for new and existing products.
Facilitate field trials, data collection, and technical evaluation of aquaculture products.
Provide technical product training for staff, distributors, and key influencers.
Coordinate technical knowledge transfer across teams and stakeholders.
Support regulatory compliance and ensure readiness for new product launches.
Align with sales and marketing teams to execute demand generation and promotional activities.
Analyze and improve sales methods, costs, and results.
Manage distributor engagement, training seminars, and field-level promotion.
Develop and monitor demand generation plans at end-user level.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance portfolio performance.
Report regularly on portfolio progress, opportunities, and risks.
Take on any additional business assignments from management.
