Education:
Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture, preferably with a specialization in Agronomy or Microbiology.
PhD holders in relevant agricultural disciplines from reputed universities are highly encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Analytical Expertise: Proficient in chemical and physical analysis of agricultural inputs, including soil, manure (food samples), microbiology, tissue culture, and virology.
Laboratory Skills: Skilled in operating lab equipment such as pH meter, Conductivity meter, DO meter, Moisture Analyzer, Vacuum Dryer, and instruments for Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mold Count, E. coli, Coliform, Salmonella, and other food & agricultural microbial parameters.
Quality Management: Strong capability to manage all Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including quality manuals and office records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Agricultural Expertise: Proven knowledge in agricultural practices to enhance crop yield and a keen interest in agricultural research and innovation.
Leadership & Character: Honest, highly intelligent, and possessing exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
Workplace Readiness: Willing to relocate near or inside the factory premises; company-provided accommodation available.
Note: Transport facility will not be provided.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform a wide range of Agricultural Analyses, including physical, chemical, microbiological testing, tissue culture, and seed multiplication.
- Maintain and prepare all related Agriculture Scientific Documentation along with Quality Management System (QMS) paperwork for the laboratory.
- Conduct Research and Applied Studies in Agriculture/Agronomy to support organizational development and innovation.
- Ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Directly report to the Head of Operations / Profit Center Head, ensuring effective communication and timely reporting.
