• B.sc/Diploma in Textile/ BA/MA from any reputed University.

• 8 to 10 years

• Only Male

• Necessities have practical experience in All Over printing at least 8 to 10 years in a reputed industry.

• Have to be good motivator and leadership over the production team.

• Candidate must have work experience in any export oriented Composite Mills

• The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.

• Possess high degree of correspondence ability.

• In depth knowledge on Screen printing production, marketing etc.

• Confident, value driven and dynamic leader.

• Must be target oriented & Ability to work under pressure.

• In-depth knowledge on local Knit, RMG & Textile market.

• Effective communication skills & strong negotiation skill.

Job Context

• We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on All Over printing Production.

Job Responsibilities

• Several years’ experience working as an All Over Printer.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• High level of creative and artistic skills.

• Ability to work with ink and chemicals every day.

• Operate large machinery.

• Work alone for long shifts.

• Can work nits if required.

• Proper know how of Pigment, Reactive, Disperse, Discharge, Burnout and Metallic AOP process.

• Properly know how of quality standard and chemical restriction limit for reputed buyers.

• Properly know how of Standard operating procedure of Screen-printing process chain.

• Ability to execute production as per requirement with in target time and quality.

• Have to do work as per schedule and check out the quality of the product.

• Have to monitor chain of work according to line plan & delivery date.

• Strongly follow up production quality as per buyer requirements.

• Must be able to look after the day to day production.

• Must be able to maintain liaison with the printing section & others department.

• Must be able to coordinate with Operators & Helper to achieve production target

• Follow up color & chemicals stock availability to ensure smooth production.

• Make production planning according to the shipment schedule.

• Have strong control over production team.

• Any other job assigned by the Management.
