Key Responsibilities:
· Candidate must have excellent communication skill in English both written and oral
Candidate must have excellent teamwork capacity
Manage and oversee the entire air export operations process and having good communication with Air Lines.
Handle export documentation, airline bookings, and compliance with international regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, agents, and customers..
Ensure timely cargo movement and smooth coordination with customs and regulatory bodies.
Lead and supervise the export team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs, costs, and service quality to improve efficiency.
