Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Wet process
∎ M.Sc / B.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet process) from any reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities including all production-related activities of Dyeing & Printing.
∎ Sample development through lab dip making, designing, engraving & strike off process according to
∎ the buyer requirement.
∎ Advice recipe of color & chemicals as per quality requirements with cost-benefit.
∎ Make costing for any order belongs to keeping in mind the company profit.
∎ Calculate full color & chemicals requirements for the order.
∎ Follow up color & chemicals stock availability to ensure smooth production.
∎ Make production planning according to the shipment schedule.
∎ Have strong control over production team.
∎ Strongly follow up production quality as per buyer requirements.
∎ Development of new inquiry if the buyer provides so on.
∎ Make good control about compliance requirements.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Communicate with weaving department, planning department and respective merchandiser of the
∎ buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, GSM and other production parameters.
∎ Setup subordinate-production target and guide to achieve the target.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage of time, man, machine & equipment and process loss of dyeing.
∎ Supervise and counseling manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to ensure targeted production.
∎ Conduct training of concern Manager, Officer, Supervisor & down level employee.
∎ Proper follow up of wet process lab dip approval, bulk batch shade approval, quality fabric approval
∎ and other issues.
∎ Follow up and monitor overall dyeing process, housekeeping and compliance issues of dyeing floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of wet processing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile Engineering
∎ Having vast knowledge of the Dyeing production process.
∎ Adequate experience to manage job independently.
∎ Has good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Good command over computer, e-mail, internet, report writing, MS office.
