• Retired Army Officer’s (Captain/Major) are highly encouraged to apply.

• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality to lead the team.

• Develop and implement the policy of administrative activities and ensure disciplined & healthy workplace.

• Maintain & monitor main reception, meeting room, training room, worker’s cabinet, day care Centre, canteen and staff dining, praying area, pantry, medical, first aid box, dormitory  and other facilities.

• Prepare documents for work permit, visa, security clearance, and maintain Liaison with government office.

• Control entrance & exit system and prevent unauthorized entrance.

• Maintain public relation, environment, health, safety and discipline in the factory for all staffs and workers.

• Responsible for overall security management of the company

• Responsible for making & renewal of various Agreements like Wastage, Hospital, Vehicle, Security Service, Cleaning Service etc.

• To respond to all emergencies promptly when arises

• Any other related task assigned by the Management.
