Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in HRM is a must.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ At least 10 years’ HR Process and Practice experience in reputed organization and minimum 05 years’ experience in supervisory role.
∎ Must have experience in managing minimum 200+ employee-based organization.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): KPI setting & implementation, HR process automation, Compliance.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power Point, Bangla typing (Bijoy 52).
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with management & employees.
∎ Should be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
∎ Smart and Hardworking, Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all day to day activities of Admin & HR operations.
∎ Develop, Update and implement HR Policy, Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
∎ Manpower Forecasting, Planning and Managing overall Human Resource Requirement.
∎ Manage the recruitment and selection process of whole organization and Projects.
∎ Support current and future growth of the organization through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment and promote cultural engagement.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ frequent visit to Service Centers, Projects and Site Offices for monitoring and development.
∎ KPI Setting and Implementing.
∎ Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
∎ Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
