• Professional Degree in Nursing major will get preference.

• Computer Skills on Microsoft Office Package.
• The candidate must have to resident full-time and night at office area/premises (Residential Job)

Divine Mercy Nursing Institute is one of the project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (CCCUL) Dhaka. It is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj, Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad).

Key Responsibilities:        

• Supervise a group of nursing students in a variety of clinical training rotations, facilitating their participation in care and treatments and evaluating student performance        
• Communicate clearly and directly to students, clinical site staff and other coordinating professionals to ensure that training and expectations are understood by all involved       
• Teach procedures and care protocols during clinical rotations including proper medical documentation and coordinate with the clinical site to schedule nursing students to shifts       
• Teach a course load of two courses per semester in addition to clinical rotation duties, and hold regular office hours        
• Lead clinical rotations in community health, pediatrics and maternal health, informing the nursing program director of issues with students’ experiences at clinical sites       
• Act as a role model for aspiring nurses and address students’ professional career concerns
