Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Master of Education (M.Ed) in Education
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Education

• Bachelor’s degree from any recognized College/University will get opportunity if She has long time experience in any Child Care Educational Institution.
• Degree/certificate in early childhood education will get preference

• 6 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Only Female

• Minimum 8-10 year of experience in this specific area of job specially on a Child Care or Daycare Teacher position & 4-5 years’ experience as Vice Principal on a Child Care or Daycare 
• Excellent knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods• Methodical and creative
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Good command and writing skill in Bangla and English language
• Strong ability in communicating with kids, parents and supervisor
• Must have enough patience, love and care for children
• Must have Computer proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Bangla & English typing, Excel, Power Point)
• Work well in team-oriented environment and have good people skill

The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited, Dhaka is looking for an energetic and self-motivate “Vice Principal” for its DC Child Care & Education Centre project. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and care giving activities.
• Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching material.
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) to enhance the child’s abilities.
• Research, collect and compile the appropriate teaching material for the children.
• Plan and design daily lesson, extra-curricular, creative activities for children accordingly.
• Maintain a safe and clean class environment.
• Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
• Coordinate with the parents and update them about their child’s performance regularly. Answer their questions calmly.
• Observe children’s interactions and promote the spirit of concord.
• Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action.
• Collaborate with other colleagues.
• Adhere with teaching standards and safety regulations as established by the official sources.
• Provide snacks and meals for children.
• Possesses strong listening skills.
• Possesses physical and mental stamina required to oversee large numbers of young children on a daily basis.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
