Responsibilities & Context:
Sterling Styles Limited is a 100% Export-oriented woven top-bottom garments manufacturing company, located at Ashulia. The company is seeking to appoint a talent aspirant for the Manager role in the Accounts & Finance Department. The candidate has to support the overall Accounts & Finance functions by ensuring 100% compliance with Bangladesh's fiscal laws through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Lead the annual budgeting process and perform monthly variance analysis to monitor departmental spending against projections.
Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, ensuring all requested documentation is provided and findings are addressed.
Supervise the filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., VAT, AIT) and ensure adherence to local government regulations.
Supervise and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and conducting periodic performance appraisals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies across various departments.

Establish and enforce robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Coordinate with internal and external audits and communicate the possible resolutions of the findings as needed.
