∎ Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 (three) 1st division/ class having no 3rd division/ class in any of the examinations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have the willingness to work in any location within the country.

Salary:
∎ The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.55,000/- Only. They will be absorbed in the rank of `Senior Officer` of the bank after successful completion of the probation period. 2) Trainee Officer (TO)
