∎ Mawlana Bhasani Science and Technology University,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University,Patuakhali Science and Technology University,Noakhali Science and Technology University,Jessore Science & Technology University students will get preference

Job Context:
∎ MTO program is an initiative for the fresh graduates in which an incumbent will shadow and learn from IT professionals on various aspects of the business. MTOs may be placed in one functional area of IT or rotated among various KEY FUNCTIONS of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and National Sales depending on the CAREER PROSPECT and future need of the BUSINESS LEADS for the organization.

∎ MTOs will be going through extensive learning and active participatory events and projects during their 1 (one) year probation period. After successful completion of the probation period, they will be absorbed as "MTO Confirmed" and will be placed in specific assignment for further observation. MTOs will be appointed as per their performance under the company`s PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT POLICY.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assists with the management on various projects, i.e., IT-related process automation, integration, business process reengineering etc.
∎ Participates, learn, evaluates and analyzes data and processes in collaboration with IT teams and other business partners to enhance methodology for various projects including developing roadmaps for project presentations.
∎ Designs and organizes IT dashboards to assist with data analytics.
∎ May assist with providing technical support including trouble shooting and problem resolution.
∎ May assist with network analysis, administration, and configuration.
∎ Assist with data center infrastructure management and planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic knowledge of Information Technology, computer science, programming language, web page design, data analytics and MS Office packages etc.
