Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for potential Candidates as Management Trainee Officer for our Al-Muslim Washing Ltd located at Savar, Dhaka.
∎
∎ Participate in rotational assignments across departments such as Washing Production, Supply Chain, IE & Planning, HR, and more.
∎ Get exposure to the company’s business operations and processes to understand the broader organizational strategy.
∎ Analyze business challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to key decision-making processes.
∎ Collaborate with team members to meet the goal.
∎ Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills through continuous feedback.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and insights based on the departmental rotations.
∎ Assist in identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions for business challenges.
∎ Exhibit proactive involvement in learning sessions and team-building activities to prepare for future managerial roles.
∎ Any other assignments assigned by the company management.
∎ After the probationary period, you will be assigned to concerned department by management decisions.
