Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
  • Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance the knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and developing new business opportunities.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes within various departments, contributing to strategic planning and operational reviews.
  • Conduct economic and financial due diligence of projects.
  • Prepare feasibility report, information memorandum, financial model, agenda papers for approval of assigned projects.
  • Gain insights into regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
