Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations.
- Participate in structured training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences to enhance the knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and business processes.
- Collaborate with team members on cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and developing new business opportunities.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes within various departments, contributing to strategic planning and operational reviews.
- Conduct economic and financial due diligence of projects.
- Prepare feasibility report, information memorandum, financial model, agenda papers for approval of assigned projects.
- Gain insights into regulatory compliance requirements and risk management practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
