∎ Only can apply B.Sc.in Textile Eng.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic and presentable.
∎ Have learn attitude & interested to work in a diversified environment with honesty, sincerity.
∎ Must have to mentality to work as a team member.
∎ Basic Computer knowledge ( MS Office, Mailing, Internet )
∎ Candidate must have be proficient in both verbal and written in English & Bengali.
∎ Follow up the full garment’s manufacturing process.
∎ Should achieve daily and monthly garment’s production with quality.
∎ Have to maintain all product quality according to buyer requirement.
∎ Should have maintain time and action plan (T/A)
∎ Perform excellent duties in several departments such as Cutting, Sewing, Finishing etc.
∎ Proper use of man, machine and material.
∎ Capacity analyze increase productivity reduce wastage.
∎ Arrange daily forecast meeting.
∎ Does production study, capacity study, motion study, work place engineering etc.
∎ Work in production floor effectively.
∎ Must be maintaining the company policy.
∎ Must inspection idea such as, Material, fabric, final etc.
∎ Quality idea.
