Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle the end-to-end on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth experience.
∎ Perform mass separation processes for market sales and management staff in an organized manner, including clearance, NOC, final settlement, and related documentation.
∎ Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage and maintain accurate employee data.
∎ Troubleshoot HRIS related issues and coordinate with the MIS team to implement system improvements or updates.
∎ Collect and verify timekeeping information and attendance records for all employees.
∎ Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and on time.
∎ Maintain organized payroll records, including employee details, salary data, tax information, and other relevant documentation.
∎ Support the preparation and distribution of necessary HR documents for employees, including NOC, clearance, and other formalities.
∎ Proper documentation of personal files, HR databases of employees and staffs.
