The Flat Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and closing residential apartment units by identifying potential buyers, understanding customer requirements, and providing appropriate property solutions. The role involves managing client inquiries, conducting site visits, explaining project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to handover. The Flat Sales Executive also maintains client relationships, achieves assigned sales targets, prepares sales reports, coordinates with internal departments, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up sales leads through calls, walk-in clients, and referrals.
Conduct site visits and present project details, floor plans, pricing, and facilities.
Negotiate with customers and close sales in line with company policies.
Assist clients with booking, documentation, and payment procedures.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills in a competitive real estate environment.
Sound understanding of residential real estate projects, pricing, and payment structures.
Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable property solutions.
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of legal documentation, booking procedures, and handover processes.
Good presentation skills for conducting site visits and project briefings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned sales targets.
Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales tracking systems.
