Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn and effectively apply the knowledge gained from the training for betterment of the organization
∎ Responsible for the overall growth of the company
∎ Successful attainment of project goals
∎ Coordinate with senior management in any kind of development activities
∎ Practice emotional intelligence and apply it efficiently while working on the project in coordination with other staffs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Good command in written & communication in English shall be given preference
∎ Normal cognitive abilities including the ability to learn, recall, and apply certain practices and policies;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Very good Communication Skill;
∎ Passion for innovation & Creativity;
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Willingness to travel frequently;
∎ Teamwork and Team commitment;
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Willing to stay near factory area.
