Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist factory manager in daily operations, production, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth factory functioning.
∎ Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and organizational structure (organogram) along with cadre budgeting for all departments.
∎ Gathering, analyzing and visualizing the KPI data using statistical tools and prepare report for management.
∎ Applying industrial engineering tools and techniques, train others and ensure sustainability of good practices.
∎ Analyze the Operation bulletin, Prepare Layouts, Identify critical operations and special machines/ attachments.
∎ Analyze the style-wise Operation Bulletin based on GSD & confirm the SMV with projected efficiency.
∎ Do KAIZEN to minimize wastes and maximize productivity.
∎ Daily calculate the line wise efficiency and review non-productive time (NPT) and DHU.
∎ Implement and maintain 5S principles across the entire factory.
∎ Reduce Process cycle time, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and increase profits.
∎ Provide operator training and motivation.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
