Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and design layout of Man, Machine and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
∎ Identify statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process, staff requirements and production standards.
∎ Maintain working relationship with production personnel to establish best practices.
∎ Implement various methods to minimize the cost and increase efficiency of factory.
∎ Maintain coordination with production, merchandising department for smooth production.
∎ Implement strategic and operational framework development considering corporate objectives.

∎ Good Written & verbal communication skill.
∎ Pro active & fast learner.
∎ Hard Working & deadline oriented.
