Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and Follow-up with subcontract factories.
∎ Ensuring staff to maintain & implement HR policies, guidelines, rules & regulations
∎ Work closely with other key functional managers.
∎ Arrange various Meeting & Co- ordinate with different departments.
∎ Supporting Production and Quality functions.
∎ Continuously improving the process to achieve optimum efficiency
