Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ IPE from any reputed public university. IPE Background Preferably from BUET, SUST, RUET, CUET & KUET.
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed public or private university.

Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Finance, Marketing & Sales, Industrial & Production Engineering, Supply Chain and Production Plan & Control.
∎ Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
∎ Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting position.
∎ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
∎ Self- Motivated toward career growth and learning.
∎ Proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
